Classes can be in Modern Dance Technique (Evans Technique, Graham Technique, Limon Technique, Bartenieff Movement Fundamentals, Men's Class, Floor Barre, Pilates, Strengthening and Conditioning), Jazz Dance Technique (Luigi, Giordano, or Mattox-based), Improvisation, Dance and Comedy, and Voice/Movement class. Master classes can also combine dance and other areas of study, such as math, astronomy, physics, art, Language, social studies, or other things to learn in the world. It's always more fun and easier to remember and understand when you're moving, creating, and dancing!

Choreographic residencies can consist of full or partial concerts, full group or smaller group concerts, and the creating of a choreographic work on any level of participants, from non-dancer or child, up through experienced dancers and professionals. We love collaborating with other forms. In the past, we have created performances in collaboration with physicists, astronomers, women's history, psychology, computer design, computer graphics, electronic music, orchestral music, chamber music, video artists, art teachers, and many, many others.
